How do I collect client comments on shared Lightroom albums into one edit list?
Every morning WebRun opens Lightroom, reads the new comments and likes clients left on your shared albums, and groups them by album and by photo into a clear revision list. It posts that list to Microsoft Teams for the retouchers and messages you a short count on Telegram, so a revision round takes one sitting.
- Client notes arrive grouped by album and photo, not across email threads
- A revision round is actioned in one sitting
- Nothing is replied to or edited without you
Built for photographers · photo studios · retouchers · creative agencies

1
Adobe Lightroom - read comments on shared albums
WebRun opens Adobe Lightroom to read comments on shared albums. - Open Lightroom and list the albums currently shared with clients
- Open each shared album and read the comments left since the last run
- Capture which photo each comment sits on and who wrote it
- Note the likes clients marked, since those often mean keep this one
- Leave the photos untouched. WebRun reads feedback and never edits or deletes an image
Done when Every new comment and like across your shared albums is captured against its photo.
-
2
Microsoft Teams - post the edit list per album
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the edit list per album. - Post one section per album with the client name and the shoot date
- Under each album, list the photos that drew comments with the note beside each
- Separate clear edit requests from general praise so the work is obvious
- Put the albums with the most outstanding notes first
Done when The retouching channel has today's revision list, grouped by album and photo.
-
3
Telegram - send you the daily count
WebRun opens Telegram to send you the daily count. - Message a one-line count: how many new comments, across how many albums
- Name the album with the most new feedback
- Flag any album where a client commented more than three days ago and nothing has changed
- Stay quiet on mornings with no new comments at all
Done when You know at a glance whether a revision round is waiting.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to the client in the album?
No. WebRun reads the comments and reports them internally to Teams and Telegram. It never posts a comment back, never edits a photo, and never changes what the client can see.
Does it repeat comments it already reported?
No. It reports only comments left since the last run, so the Teams post is a real to-do list rather than the whole history of the album repeated every morning.
What if the client only liked a photo without writing anything?
Likes are captured too and listed separately from written notes, because a like usually means keep this one rather than change it.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
