Will it delete old backups to free space?
No. WebRun only reads usage figures in the Acronis console. It never deletes a backup, prunes a recovery point, changes a retention rule, or edits a quota.
How does it estimate weeks left?
It compares this week's storage figure with last week's and projects the same growth forward against the remaining quota, so the estimate is based on your own measured trend.
Can I set the warning threshold?
Yes. Tell WebRun the percentage that matters to you, for example 85 percent full, and only quotas above that line reach the WhatsApp warning.
