In short

How do I check my podcast episodes are ready before they publish?

WebRun opens Acast every Monday and checks each episode scheduled for the next two weeks for a title, show notes, artwork, and uploaded audio. It searches your Google Drive show folder for anything missing and messages the producer a per-episode readiness checklist on WhatsApp, so nothing drops half-finished.

  • Missing artwork or notes are caught days before the publish date
  • Assets already sitting in Drive get linked instead of remade
  • The producer opens WhatsApp to a ranked checklist every Monday

    • Say plainly when every upcoming episode is complete

Done when The producer has this week's readiness checklist on WhatsApp.

Questions, answered

Will it publish an episode or upload audio for me?

No. WebRun reads your Acast episode list and reports what is missing. It never publishes, schedules, uploads, or edits an episode. Hitting publish stays with your producer.

How far ahead does it look?

Two weeks by default, and you can set any window. A show that batches a month ahead usually widens it, while a daily show narrows it to a few days.

What if the audio file exists but is not uploaded?

The checklist says so explicitly. WebRun searches your Drive show folder for each gap and marks it as asset ready in Drive with a link, or asset not made yet.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
