See how your phone lines really performed this week

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to 8x8, reads last week's call volume, answer rate, average wait, and abandoned calls by queue, posts a short scorecard to your Telegram channel with the biggest movers called out, and files the same numbers in a Notion page so the trend builds week by week.

In short

How do I get a weekly report on my call queue performance?

WebRun signs in to 8x8 every Monday and reads last week's call volume, answer rate, average wait, and abandoned calls for each queue. It posts a plain-language scorecard to Telegram with the week over week change, then files the same numbers in Notion so the twelve-week trend is always one click away.

  • The team starts Monday knowing last week's answer rate
  • Rising wait times surface a week early, not at quarter end
  • A twelve-week trend builds itself with no manual export

Questions, answered

Does it change my phone system settings?

No. WebRun reads 8x8 analytics only. It never edits a queue, a routing rule, a greeting, or a user, and it never places or answers a call.

Which numbers does the scorecard use?

Total inbound calls, answered calls, abandoned calls, average wait time, and average handle time, each broken out per queue and compared against the previous week.

Can the scorecard go somewhere other than Telegram?

Yes. Telegram is the default because it posts instantly to a channel, but the same scorecard can be delivered wherever your team already reads updates. The Notion record is kept either way.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
