Questions, answered
Will it message or reject applicants?
No. WebRun never contacts an applicant. It sorts them, holds a slot, and posts the shortlist internally. Inviting, interviewing, and rejecting are all done by your recruiters in their own words.
Does it send calendar invitations?
No. The interview slots are held on your hiring manager's calendar with no guests attached, so the time is protected while the actual invitation still goes out from a human once the candidate is contacted.
What happens to applicants who do not meet the criteria?
They are listed in their own section of the Teams post with the reason, so a recruiter can overrule the sort. Nothing is deleted, archived, or rejected in 51job by the run.
