Questions, answered
Will it enrol people into courses by itself?
No. WebRun reads 360Learning and reports the gaps. Enrolling someone, changing a learning path or assigning a deadline stays an action a person takes, so nobody is added to the wrong course automatically.
Does it message the new starters?
No. The gap list goes to your people team on WhatsApp and onto the Notion row. Any nudge to the new starter is written and sent by a human who knows their situation.
What if a name does not match between the two systems?
WebRun matches on work email first and name second, and reports anyone it cannot match as an unresolved row rather than assuming a gap. That keeps a spelling difference from looking like missing training.
