Every morning, WebRun reads today's scheduled calls from Salesforce, looks up each company on LinkedIn for recent posts, job openings, and headcount changes, pulls any news snippets linked in the Salesforce record, and delivers a punchy one-page brief per account to Slack before your first meeting.

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order — in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Done when LinkedIn signals are collected for every account on today's call list.

    • Send to your personal Slack DM so only you see the research

Done when You have a pre-call brief for every scheduled meeting in Slack before 9:00 AM.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it connect to or message anyone on LinkedIn?

No. It reads public company and profile pages only — it never sends connection requests, messages, or interacts with anyone on your behalf.

What if a company's LinkedIn page has no recent posts?

WebRun notes that in the brief and falls back to the company website and any notes already in Salesforce, so you still get a useful summary.

Can it prep briefs for prospects I'm calling on a road trip too?

Yes — any activity logged in Salesforce for today is included, whether it is a video call, a site visit, or a phone call.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes — or have our team set it up for you.
